“The Beginnings”

With a background as versatile and comprehensive as Co-Founder and brand creator of Dillon’s Chocolates, llc Andrew Dillon has to his credit, the proof is in the results of his company’s early successes.  From formal training in classical pastry/chocolate arts and business in one of America’s finest Culinary Arts establishments while the recipient of guidance and leadership from many internationally renowned and accomplished Pastry/Chocolate and Executive Chefs (most notably the late Chef Trotter of Chicago,) to Corporate Retailing/Merchandising and Regional Distribution for and with many of the region and nations largest names, Dillon’s Chocolates creator and co-founder Andrew Dillon along with wife and co-founder/co-owner Amy Dillon, MA, used the knowledge gained from years of research and development working with and tasting the worlds chocolates, to open Dillon’s Chocolates, llc in August of 2011, quickly gaining attention as one of the regions brightest minds for his product visual uniqueness and brand mastery, continuing to gain national attention.
